Shipping

We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving. Every product you buy will be delivered within 7 calendar days. If a shipping delay exists we will notify you as soon as possible. Our shipping days are Monday - Friday. 
Orders are shipped via USPS / UPS / DHL / FedEx. We will choose the most suitable delivery for you. Shipping is free for all orders.

Return

MOCEMTRY provides refunds only for defective products purchased directly from our website: mocemtrytech.com.  If you purchased one of our products from a retailer, you must return the product to the retailer (not to us) subject to the terms and conditions of the retailer’s refund policy. MOCEMTRY has the sole and exclusive right to determine if a product is defective. If a product is deemed by MOCEMTRY to be defective, MOCEMTRY will refund the purchase price to the credit card on file. Minor damage to packaging is not considered "defective."
 

• How long do I have to request a refund?

You have fourteen (14) days from the date your product is delivered to request a refund.  After that, MOCEMTRY will not process a refund request.

• How do I request a refund?

Please send mail to moc1688@163.com for assistance.  Please have your order number and the credit card or gift card you used to make your purchase handy.

• How is my refund credited?

All refunds will be credited to the credit card you used to purchase the product.  When returning a gift, you'll receive your refund on a MOCEMTRY gift card.

 

Items Returned by Mail:  If you ordered by credit card, we'll credit your account within 14 business days of our receipt of your return.  This will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle.  If you paid with a gift card, we'll send you a MOCEMTRY Gift Card by U.S. Mail.

Shipping Charges:  Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges.
